Technical field: the invention pertains to the energy management and heating automations domain. Problem to be solved: compensation of the external temperature in heating systems using hour meters for heating expenses sharing. Technical features: the failure of the existing heating systems to modify the temperature of the water supply in respect to the exterior temperature is resolved by an arrangement composed of a compensation device, an electric power frequency converter, a signal conditioner and a relay; said arrangement is electrically completed by its connection to the existing autonomous heating installation.
