发明名称 METHOD FOR INSPECTING SIZE OF GRAPHENE SHEET
摘要 A method of inspecting a size of graphene sheet of the present invention comprises: (a) forming the graphene sheet on a substrate; (b) irradiating a green light having a wavelength of 520-590 nm to the graphene sheet; (c) obtaining an optical microscope image about the graphene sheet; and (d) determining a number of layers of graphene included in the graphene sheet by measuring a light intensity from the optical microscope image. The method of inspecting the size of the graphene sheet measures the number of layers of the graphene through measurement of the light intensity of the optical microscope image about the graphene sheet; thus easily and simply measuring a thickness of the graphene sheet. The light intensity is greatly changed depending on a change of the number of the layers of the graphene in accordance with the method which uses a G channel image divided from the optical microscope image obtained by irradiating the green light to a surface of the graphene sheet, or an optical microscope RGB image obtained by irradiating a white light to the surface of the graphene sheet such that the number of layers of the graphene may accurately by detected. The method uses an optical microscope, and does not require an expensive equipment; thus being very economical. Accordingly, the method may be useful when the quality of the graphene sheet is inspected during a process of mass producing graphene sheet.
