The present invention comprises: a mounting frame elongated in a frame of a manual wheelchair in the width direction of the wheelchair; a main frame supporting the entire wheelchair; a stem frame fixated and inserted to be rotated to the main frame and where a handle is formed on one side and a driving wheel is coupled to the other side; and a connection frame including a body unit elongated and of which one side is connected to the main frame and a connection unit coupled to be vertically tilted to the other side of the body unit and of which a portion is coupled to the mounting frame, and selectively controlling the tilting of the coupling unit, wherein a front wheel of the wheelchair is lifted by the tilting of the coupling unit.
