The present invention provides an ultrasonic transducer including a multi-layered graphite complex material having high heat conductivity. According to the present invention, the ultrasonic transducer comprises: a piezoelectric layer including a piezoelectric element; and a rear layer installed on one surface of the piezoelectric layer. The rear layer includes a multi-layered graphite complex material stacking a plurality of thin films of a graphite complex material which attenuates an acoustic wave generated in the piezoelectric layer, and reduces the heat generated in the piezoelectric layer.
