The present invention relates to denim fabric with thermal insulation properties and a method for manufacturing the same wherein, more specifically, a thermal function is provided to the denim fabric by using a rayon material; rayon particles in a powder phase are applied to the inside of the fabric; a condition such as a mixing ratio of ingredients of the fabric is controlled; and consequently the denim fabric with thermal insulation properties has excellent thermal insulation properties, is thin and lightweight, and maintains flexibility. The denim fabric with thermal insulation properties enables a user to feel comfortable and have soft wearing sensation. |
