The present invention relates to a bale packaging vinyl transport device. More specifically, the bale packaging vinyl transport device enables packaging vinyl used for wrapping a bale to be held to be rolled and transported. A configuration of the present invention comprises: a transportation main body (10) formed by a plurality of vertical frames (12) and horizontal frames (14) which are vertically and horizontally provided; a support unit (20) horizontally installed to come in contact with the ground surface on both lower sides of the transportation main body (10) to support the transportation main body (10); and a plurality of roll holders (30) protruding toward a front side from a front side of the transportation main body (10) and spaced from each other to enable a plurality of packaging vinyl rolls (40) to be inserted therein to be held.
