The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a silicon carbide (SiC) honeycomb heater radiating far-infrared rays. More specifically, the present invention can produce effects of: enhancing applicability and product value by dispersing powder, which radiates far-infrared rays to a heater for heating a liquid for air or a SiC honeycomb heater, in a liquid using a dipping method or a spray method so as to be applied to a surface of the SiC honeycomb heater, thereby allowing plenty of far-infrared rays to radiate from the far-infrared ray powder when the SiC honeycomb heater is heated; fixing the far-infrared ray powder by putting a fixed amount of frit powder into the far-infrared ray powder and mixing the mixed powder in a mixer; improving homogeneity of a mixture by putting a dispersant into the mixture in which the far-infrared ray powder and the frit powder are mixed; being operated in a low electric power and helping human heath by combining advantages of high energy efficiency and not generating electromagnetic waves, that a SiC honeycomb heater has, with an advantage of excellent emissivity of far-infrared rays, that a far-infrared ray has; and applying to a hygienic and economical humidifier enabling to gain antiseptic effects by heating vapor at the temperature of at least 100°C with a low electric power of 100 watt. |
