The present invention relates to a three-dimensional oral scanner. The three-dimensional oral scanner comprises: a light output device (100) for illuminating a pattern light to a subject in an oral; a light sensing device (110) for sensing a reflected light reflected from the subject by the pattern light; an optical system (120) for controlling the pattern light and a light reflection angle of the reflected light; an image processing unit (130) for controlling the light output device (100) and the light sensing device (110) and receiving image information; a housing (140) receiving the light output device (100), the light sensing device (110), the optical system (120) and the image processing unit (130); a modeling processing unit (150) for generating a three-dimensional scanning model using two-dimensional image data processed by the image processing unit (130); a spray nozzle (160) established to a lower end part of a head (141) of the housing (140) and for spraying compressed air; and an air supplement means (170) connected to the spray nozzle (160) through an air hose and supplying the compressed air. As a result, gingival retraction is not performed or a finish line of an abutment is easily secured through only minimal gingival retraction, and thus clear scanning image may be obtained. Accordingly, accurate appearance may be obtained. |
