Colored radiation-sensitive composition includes (A) a dye multimer, (B) an alkali-soluble resin containing at least one kind of repeating unit selected from a group consisting of a repeating unit represented by the following Formula (b1) and a repeating unit represented by the following Formula (b2), (C) a polymerizable compound, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator. In the formulae, each of R1 and R4 independently represents a hydrogen atom, an aryl group, or an alkyl group, and among these, an aryl group is preferable. R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R3 represents an alkylene group having 2 or 3 carbon atoms, and m represents an integer from 1 to 15.; |

1. A colored radiation-sensitive composition comprising:
(A) a dye multimer; (B) an alkali-soluble resin containing a repeating unit represented by the following Formula (b2); (C) a polymerizable compound; and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, in the Formula (b2), R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R3 represents an alkylene group having 2 or 3 carbon atoms; R4 represents a hydrogen atom, an aryl group, or an alkyl group; m represents an integer from 2 to 15; and plural R3s may be the same as or different from each other, wherein the (A) dye multimer has a partial structure derived from a dye selected from a dipyrromethene dye, an azo dye, a xanthene dye, a cyanine dye, a squarylium dye, a quinophthalone dye, a phthalocyanine dye, and a subphthalocyanine dye. |
