The present invention provides a test device for a flexible device, capable of obtaining reliability in a mechanical stress test on the flexible device. The test device for the flexible device comprises: a fixing unit supporting a first part of the flexible device; a first rotation unit adjacent to one side of the fixing unit, and rotating while supporting a second part of the flexible device; and a first gear unit arranged on the first rotation unit adjacent to one side of the fixing unit across the flexible device. The first gear unit comprises: first guide gears arranged on the first rotation unit adjacent to one side of the fixing unit across the flexible device; and first gear rods coming in contact with the first guide gears corresponding by being formed in a curve shape. When the first rotation unit rotates, the first guide gears rotate along an outer surface of the first gear rods and move while being in contact with the outer surface of the corresponding first gear rods. Also, an area between the first part and the second part in the flexible device is wound.
