The present invention relates to a biodegradable polymer having physical properties enhanced by a stereocomplex organic filler, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the biodegradable polymer comprising a stereocomplex organic filler removes a problem of being difficult to be used as a biodegradable material, a medical material, etc. by having low heat resistance and low strength of an existing biodegradable polymer itself.
