The present invention relates to a high-frequency opening and closing valve comprising: a valve chamber connected to an input flow passage; an output orifice opened inside the valve chamber; a planar valve member installed inside the valve chamber to come in contact with and be spaced from an output valve seat of the circumference of the output orifice; and an electronic control unit opening and closing the valve member. According to the high-frequency opening and closing valve enabling the valve member to come in contact with and be spaced from the output valve seat by a reaction of an electronic suction force caused by the electronic control unit and a reaction of hydraulic pressure inside the valve chamber to open and close the output orifices, the present invention has the output orifices where the valve has an elongated hole shape. |
