The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate including a pixel region and a peripheral region; a light emitting structure disposed on an upper portion of the substrate; and a reflective metal layer disposed between the substrate and the light emitting structure, and having a plurality of nanowires and a plurality of apertures between the nanowires.
