The present invention relates to a real-time detecting device for biomolecules flowing through a flow path cell, which is capable of detecting the atmosphere or biomolecules of liquid material precisely and quickly in real time. To this end, the device of the present invention comprises: a molecule introduction part having the flow path cell where molecules contained in the liquid material introduced from the outside or floating particles contained in air introduced from the outside; and a molecule optical measuring part installed in a casing assembly at a lower end of the molecule introduction part.
