One embodiment of the present invention relates to a valve control apparatus and a valve system. The valve control apparatus comprises: a stem having a stem body of which one end is inserted into a valve and controlling a flow of a fluid passing through the valve in accordance with a rotational angle; a rotational angle transmission unit connected with a portion of the stem which is not inserted into the valve to be rotated at the same angle with the stem and transmitting rotational angle information thereof to the outside; and a power transmission unit rotating the stem using power transmitted from the outside. The power transmission unit comprises: a carrier rotating the stem body assembled through a hole formed at the center; a first gear assembled to the carrier to transmit torque to the carrier; and a second gear assembled to the first gear to transmit the torque to the first gear. The carrier, the first gear, and the second gear are positioned inside an actuator body in order to precisely apply changes in a stem angle to precisely control the valve. |
