Provided are a photoelectric conversion device and an optical signal receiving unit which minimize loss while an optical signal is converted into an electrical signal, and have a photodiode which can be miniaturized. According to the present invention, the photoelectric conversion device comprises: a substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, wherein one of the first and second surfaces is a light incidence surface; a photodiode formed in the first surface of the substrate; a reflective layer formed on the one of the first and second surfaces of the substrate, which is opposite to the light incidence surface; and a micro lens formed on the light incidence surface of the substrate.
