The present invention is to be used when a toilet outlet is clogged. A pressure control unit having a curved shape or a creased shape is formed on a toilet cover itself. When the pressure control unit is in a convex shape by unfolding upwards and expanding itself, or is in a concave shape by unfolding downwards and expanding itself; the curved shape or the creased shape is unfolded or folded such that a space in the toilet is broadened or narrowed. Accordingly, pressure or suction force is generated in the toilet such that outlet-clogging sewage is lifted upwards or is pushed to the outlet, thereby decomposing and removing the sewage. Additionally, a closely contacting member and a height adjusting member are formed to closely contact or separate the toilet cover and the toilet seat part. Moreover, a coupling member is included to hinge-couple the toilet cover with the toilet; and the toilet cover or the pressure control unit forms an air opening and closing part. Accordingly, when the pressure control unit expands upwards or downwards, the air opening and closing part is controlled to flow or discharge air into or from the toilet, thereby doubling pressure or suction force in the toilet. |
