An apparatus for driving a motor using an electronic relay according to the present invention is disclosed. According to the present invention, the apparatus for driving a motor comprises: an inverter arranged between a battery and a motor, and supplying current to drive the motor; an electronic relay implemented as one switch element between the inverter and a ground, and driving the inverter according to an on or off state of the implemented switch element; a driving circuit unit turning on or off the switch element inside the electronic relay according to a control signal; and a control unit providing the control signal according to a failure state of an electronic control unit (ECU) system or a stabilizing integrated circuit (IC). |
