摘要 The present invention relates to a system and a method of inspecting an object based on a vision image which recognizes a part having a difference in brightness from a surrounding area by the above predetermined value as defect in a vision image obtained by taking an inspection object through a vision camera, notifying information that defects exists to the inspection object. The system to inspect the object based on the vision image comprises: a vision image unit to obtain the vision image by taking the inspection object through the vision camera; an image analysis unit to compare and analyze brightness or saturation brightness in the unit of a predetermined area or pixel about the obtained vision image; a control unit to control to recognize the part having the difference in brightness from the surrounding area by the above predetermined value as the defect in the event that the part exists in accordance with the comparison and analysis, and notifying the information that the defect exists to the inspection object; and a defect warning unit to warn the information that the defect exists to the inspection object to a user in accordance with control of the control unit.
