A column for analyzing phytoncide in air of the present invention comprises: a first adsorption layer including a porous 2,6-diphenyl-para-phenylene-oxide polymer with the size of 35-60 mesh; a second adsorption layer including graphitized carbon black with the size of 60-80 mesh, charged in the upper part of the first adsorption layer; and a third adsorption layer including a porous carbonized molecular sieve with the size of 60-80 mesh, charged in the upper part of the second adsorption layer. According to the present invention, in the case of collecting air by applying the column for analyzing phytoncide in the air and applying a method for analyzing phytoncide in the air adsorbed to the column, the method is capable of detecting and analyzing the broad range of types of phytoncide contained in the air.
