Disclosed is a manufacturing method of an oriented electrical steel sheet. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of an oriented electrical steel sheet comprises: a step of providing an electrical steel sheet before a first recrystallization or after the first recrystallization; a step of rolling the electrical steel sheet; and a step of emitting a laser beam onto a surface of the electrical steel sheet at an angle of 82-98° with respect to a rolling direction when rolling the electrical steel sheet.
