The invention relates to an extruded polystyrene plate having guides serving for the assembling of ornamental tiles on the fa?ade of buildings for aesthetical reasons or with the purpose of resolving the thermal insulation sufficiency of buildings. The 8 assembly guides make the extruded polystyrene plate handy while sensibly reducing the installation time of the plates; furthermore, it improves the aesthetic appearance of the fa?ade of buildings since, thanks to the aforementioned guides, the ornamental tiles are correctly set in place.
