A PROMOTER OF NS-LTP GENE DERIVED FROM POPULUS ALBA×POPULUS GLANDULOSA SPECIFICALLY EXPRESSING AT APICAL AND ROOT MERISTEM PLANT

Provided are: a Populus alba x Populus glandulosa-derived ns-LTP gene promoter specifically expressed in apical and root apical meristems; an expression vector which is specific to apical and root apical meristems of plants, comprising 5′ untranslated region (5′ UTR); a plant transformed by the expression vector; and a expression method specific to the apical and root apical meristems of plants, which comprises a step of introducing the expression vector into plants. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a promoter which is capable of expressing gene only in the apical and root apical meristems while inhibiting gene expression in the other tissues.
