The present invention relates to a composite electronic component. The composite electronic component includes a complex body which is combined with an inductor made of a magnetic body which includes a coil part and a capacitor made of a ceramic body where dielectric layers and a first and a second internal electrode which are separated by the dielectric layers and face each other are stacked; an output terminal which includes an input terminal which is arranged on a first side of the complex body in a lengthwise direction, a first output terminal which is arranged on a second side of the complex body in the lengthwise direction, and a second output terminal which is arranged on a second side of the complex body in the lengthwise direction wherein the first output terminal is connected to the coil part of the inductor, and wherein the second output terminal is connected to a first internal electrode of the capacitor; and a ground terminal which is arranged on the first side of the complex body in the lengthwise direction and is connected to the second internal electrode of the capacitor. A paint layer is arranged on a surface facing the mounting surface of the complex.
