The present invention relates to a composition for preserving activated platelets, a preservation method for activated platelets, and the activated platelets preserved by using the preservation method. More particularly, the present invention relates to: a composition for preserving activated platelets, which comprises divalent cations, chlorides, vitamin B, selenium source, and a solvent; a kit using the same; a preservation method for activated platelets; and the activated platelets preserved by using the preservation method. According to the present invention, platelets which have positive CD61 and CD62p and negative PAC-1 among cell expression parameters can be obtained and preserved. |
