The present invention relates to a dual-handle vacuum suction lifter which transports block rubber which is a raw material to a measurement conveyor belt when accurately measuring the block rubber to feed the block rubber into a refining mixer in a tire producing process, and more specifically, to a dual-handle vacuum suction lifter which reduces a labor load of a worker when transporting heavy block rubber. The dual-handle vacuum suction lifter is connected to a host (104) for lifting and transporting rubber block (102) loaded on a pallet (101) in individual units by using a vacuum suction rubber pad (1) to which a vacuum pressure is supplied and a handle, and comprises a vacuum connection pipe (3) connected to the lower end of the host (104) and connected to a lift tube connection unit (2). An upper handle (4) is installed on the upper end of the vacuum connection pipe (3). The lower end of the vacuum connection pipe (3) is connected to a handle assembly (7). A lower handle (6) connected to the upper handle (4) by a connection bar (5) is installed on the handle assembly (7).
