The system has a temperature regulation unit (1) for regulating temperature of air blown in a passenger compartment to transmit rotational speed of a compressor (2) with respect to variation between air-conditioning temperature and reference temperature. A physical parameter regulation unit is connected to an output of the temperature regulation unit, and determines rotational speed of the compressor with respect to measurement of a physical parameter of the compressor, where the physical parameter is a compression ratio and pressure and temperature of refrigerant liquid. The physical parameter regulation unit is designed as a low pressure regulation unit (3), a high pressure regulation unit (7) and a compression ratio regulation unit (11). An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling an air-conditioned compressor of a car.
