The invention relates to a device for measuring wear of metal surfaces, which is especially designed to be applied during the measurement of wear on brake disks of vehicles such as cars, trains, etc. It comprises at least one measurement head (1) with at least one measurement laser (4) for taking measurements of the metal surface, a motor (5) for allowing the movement of at least the measurement laser (4), a control plate for using the measurement data obtained, and means for coupling to the metal surface. The device also comprises a guide (10) for ensuring the stability of the measurement head (1) or the measurement laser (4) when it is moved without the other elements of the measurement head (1). Said device further comprises a receiving and representation system which comprises a communication port wherein the data are received from the control plate of the measurement head (1). |
