According to the present invention, the film for a transparent electrode having sheet resistance uniformity of 90 to 95% can be provided by bonding the silver nanowires through a light sintering process., Therefore, the present invention can be effectively applicable in various fields, such as a thin-film transistor element, a solar cell, a touch screen, and a flexible transparent electrode. In addition, according to the present invention, a bonding can be performed in a very short time under a room temperature condition in terms of a process by using the dispersion liquid for bonding the silver nanowires, which has a polymer binder resin and the uniformly dispersed silver nanowires, and by using a method for selectively controlling a composite light source. In addition, the film for a transparent electrode according to the present invention can provide excellent sheet resistance uniformity of 90 to 95% by bonding the silver nanowires through the light sintering process. Since the dispersion liquid for bonding the silver nanowires according to the present invention contains the polymer binder resin, the dispersion liquid can provide improved dispersibility and can reduce a sheet resistance in a contact surface between wires. In addition, when the method for bonding the silver nanowires according to the present invention is used, it is possible to bond the silver nanowires in a short time within 0.1 to 100 ms under room temperature and atmospheric conditions without damage to a polymer substrate and a roll-to-roll process is easily applied, thereby enabling mass-production of flexible transparent electrodes. The composite light source in a whole wavelength area is absorbed, thereby having a low sheet resistance with only a low light sintering energy, and exhibiting excellent sheet resistance uniformity, a high electrical conductivity, and improved bending characteristics.
