The hydraulic actuating device (10) has a pump (14) with an electric pump drive (M), and a hydraulic dual acting piston-cylinder-arrangement (16) is connected to the pump. The piston (18) of the piston-cylinder-arrangement stands in operative connection with the actuators. A reservoir (20) for hydraulic fluid is provided, from which the hydraulic fluid is conveyed by the pump to the piston-cylinder-arrangement. A locking unit (26) with a blocking element (28) is assigned to the piston-cylinder-arrangement. The locking unit is spring pre-stressed in a locking position.
