The device has a parallelepiped elongated caisson (3) provided with an access opening (32) on its surface (31a), and forming a stable false chimney. The caisson is rotatably mounted with respect to a vertical bearing mast (1) around a vertical axis (10) of the bearing mast to permit centering of the opening on a vertical median plane of the antenna by rotation around the axis from an angularly offset position, for intervention on the antenna. A telecommunication antenna (2) centered on the vertical median plane, is fixed on the bearing mast. |
