The present invention relates to an infusion box (1) intended to contain at least one pod (D) which can be passed through by water while holding an infusible material (M), said box being provided with an upper part (3) and a lower part (5), each of these parts having an orifice (7, 9) enabling a flow of water to pass through said pod when the latter is present in the box, said box being characterized in that it comprises at least one spacer (9) in the interior thereof and around the orifice (7) in the upper part (3). The present invention also relates to a beverage machine (X), in particular for coffee or tea, comprising an infusion box (1) according to the invention. The present invention makes it possible to prepare beverages from an infusible material, for example coffee or tea, and hot water or cold water which passes through said material. |
