The present invention relates to a diffuse reflective film for farming and a manufacturing thereof, which reflects light diffusely even if a position of the sun changes, so that fruits are always irradiated with a large amount of light to be evenly colored.The diffuse reflective film of the present invention comprises: a reflective film for farming (40), which has a form of a roll or a sheet and has an aluminum thin film formed on one side of any one transparent film selected among a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) transparent film, a polypropylene (OPP) transparent film, a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) transparent film, and a cast polypropylene (CPP) transparent film; and a diffuse reflective means (10) formed on the entire reflective film for farming (40) to make light diffusely reflected, wherein the diffuse reflective means (10) has one selected from regularly or irregularly formed wrinkles (11) and concave-convex (12) having a circular shape or a polygonal shape.
