THERMAL-BREAK ALUMINIUM PROFILES WITH FOAMY SELF-INFLATED INSULATION MATERIAL FILLING THE THERMAL-BREAK CHAMBER'S ZONE

摘要

Novelty: thermal-break aluminium profiles with foamy self-inflated insulation material filling the thermal-break chamber’s zone are disclosed. Embodiment: application of the invention to constructions of swing, sliding and single-hung door or window sashes. Technical features: the foamy self-inflated insulation material is uniformly and linearly injected inside the entire chamber of the thermal-break chamber’s zone 5 of the assembled profile being at the production process stage; selection of various-density foamy insulation material and use thereof in ready dyed or non-dyed thermal-break profiles.
