PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alternative drive devices that induce oscillating rotational movements of dental or surgical tools and in particular can also be used for treatment tools operated only pneumatically.SOLUTION: The invention relates to various mechanical drive devices, mechanical gears 4, 29, 30, combinations thereof, and a medical treatment device, in particular a dental or surgical treatment device, having such mechanical drive devices or mechanical gears. A unidirectional rotating motion transmitted through the mechanical drive devices, the mechanical gears and a motorized part is converted into a multi-directional motion, so that a tool holder 23 of the treatment device can be moved in a multi-directional motion, particularly in preferably simultaneous lifting and rotating motions or lifting and oscillating rotational motions with reduced speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14 |
