PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bandgap reference circuit and a power supply circuit capable of correcting temperature characteristics of an output voltage and suppressing a fluctuation of the output voltage.SOLUTION: A BGR circuit 100 comprises bipolar transistors Q1 and Q2 connected between a power supply terminal VDD and a ground terminal GND and each having a base connected to an output terminal T. A resistor R1 is connected between the ground terminal GND and the bipolar transistor Q1. Resistors R2a and R2b are connected in series between the resistor R1 and the bipolar transistor Q2. A resistor RL1 is connected between the power supply terminal VDD and a collector of the bipolar transistor Q1. A resistor RL2 is connected between the power supply terminal VDD and a collector of the bipolar transistor Q2. A non-inverting input of an amplifier AMP is connected to the collector of the bipolar transistor Q1, an inverting input thereof is connected to the collector of the bipolar transistor Q2, and an output thereof is connected to the output terminal T.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
