The invention relates to a medical instrument (10) for endoscopic surgery, comprising a shaft tube (12) having a distal and a proximal end, and a connecting body (14) arranged in the region of the proximal end of the shaft tube (12), wherein the shaft tube (12) and the connecting body (14) are axially penetrated by a common channel (50) for the passage of a longitudinal actuating element (42), an end body (16) that can be coupled to the connecting body (14) with a handle (54) attached thereto for operating the medical instrument (10), a locking slider (18), which is mounted displaceably in a shaft (22) oriented at an angle to the channel (50) inside the connecting body (14), wherein the locking slider (18) protrudes from the connecting body (14) with an actuating region (20) and can be actuated into a locking and a release position at the touch of a finger on the actuating region, such that the end body (16) coupled to the connecting body (14) is form-fittingly locked on the connecting body (14) in the locking position, and can be removed from the connecting body (14) in the release position, and wherein the locking slider (18) is kept in the locking position by means of the spring force of a spring element (24), wherein the spring element (24) is arranged in the shaft (22) between the actuating region (20) and the channel (50). |
