The present invention relates to a dynamic rod characterized in that at least one front incision groove is formed by incising the body portion of the rod from one side towards the other side thereof such that the interval of the incision grooves becomes narrower or wider according to a movement of a spinal joint to the front or rear, and at least one rear incision groove is formed to be parallel with the front incision groove by incising the body portion of the rod from the other side towards one side thereof in the opposite direction to the front incision groove such that the interval of the incision grooves becomes wider or narrower, inversely to the front incision groove, according to a movement of the spinal joint to the front or rear. The present invention is advantageous in that the dynamic rod can move in the same direction as the direction of movement of a facet joint, thereby presenting a comfortable feeding with no burden on the movement of the spinal joint.
