The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition having good low exothermicity, high wear resistance, and high cutting resistance when applied in a tire member such as a tread, and whereby excellent resistance to fatigue cracking can be realized. In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention is a rubber composition including carbon black, the rubber composition characterized in that the carbon black satisfies relational expressions (1) through (3).
