In the present invention, a display control unit 20 sets, on the basis of travel information relating to a vehicle driving-state acquired with a driving state detection sensor 13, an image region to be provided to a driver DR of the vehicle from an image obtained by imaging the peripheral region of the vehicle using a peripheral region imaging unit 11, and controls, in accordance with the driving state, the peripheral region viewing range that the driver DR can visually recognize by the image provided by a display unit 50 via a mirror 55. Thus, when the driving state is such that a cabin and a towing trailer unit are facing different directions, for example, the image region to be provided is set such that the viewing range includes the outer side of the towing trailer unit even if the cabin and the towing trailer unit face different directions. Thus, a desired peripheral region of the vehicle can be easily viewed. |
