Provided is a phosphorus-containing pyrido [2, 3-d] pyrimide-7-ketone compound as represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Also disclosed are a preparation method of the compound, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the phosphorus-containing pyrido [2, 3-d] pyrimide-7-ketone compound and a use thereof. The compound is a protein kinase (for example PI3K) inhibitor capable of treating diseases caused by abnormal activity of the protein kinase, such as a tumor.
