So far, searching and matching in a job site is an one-sided method through which only a subject who executes searching and matching knows that result, and an target which is the result, never knows the result. However the present claim is a business method through which an A member of company, who is a job offerer, uploads recruiting information, searches a job seeker (recruit information) suitable to the recruiting notice, and notifies, to a job seeker B1, B2, B3... which is a result, that the A member of company searches the job seeker and the company of A is a company that the job seeker is looking for (matching) through a means of an e-mail, a text, an application way, a my page, and so on. A searching subject includes all methods of directly searching by the A member of a company and automatically searching in a job site system. |
