The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fire door by using silkscreen printing and a fire door manufactured thereby, and is to manufacture a high-quality fire door capable of securing processability even while performing silkscreen printing by using an electro-galvanized steel sheet to which phosphate is applied. The method for manufacturing a fire door by using an electro-galvanized steel sheet according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) forming zinc-galvanized layers (20) by performing electro-galvanizing on both faces of a steel sheet (10); (b) forming a phosphate layer (30) by coating both face of the zinc-galvanized steel sheet on which the zinc-galvanized layers are formed, with phosphate; (c) performing silkscreen printing on one face of the phosphate layer (30); and (d) manufacturing a fire door by performing a press process on the zinc-galvanized steel sheet on which the silkscreen printing is completed.
