The present invention refers to a novel method for the manufacture of selective solar filters, which are useful as glass coatings in constructions, where slim films of cupric oxide and vanadium dioxide are deposited by ionic erosion by means of a plasma through a chemical reaction, so that the calorific conditions are maintained within a room; this method uses the following equipments for attaching the coating films to the glass: a vacuum generating system, an evaporation chamber, a direct current source, a resistance system and a mobile support for the glass substrate. |
