A conveyor roller with a ceramic wear-resistant member according to the present invention includes a metal roller; a non-vulcanized rubber plate attached to an external diameter surface of the metal roller; a plurality of ceramic wear-resistant members attached to the non-vulcanized rubber plate; and a filling member which is made of non-vulcanized rubber and is attached to the non-vulcanized rubber plate between the ceramic wear-resistant members, wherein in a state where the non-vulcanized rubber plate and the filling member are respectively attached to the metal roller and the non-vulcanized rubber plate, the non-vulcanized rubber plate and the filling member are pressurized and then vulcanized. |
