The present invention relates to a roof panel assembly structure. The present invention is to provide a roof panel assembly structure with strengthened structural properties by using a roof panel of an SMC material with excellent mechanical strength. The roof panel assembly structure includes: multiple roof panels of the SMC material, which form a roof of a building or a structure; a strut individually supporting the lower part of the roof panels; a baton individually coupled and fixed to the upper part of the strut to press and fix an end of the roof panel; and a fastening bolt fastening between the strut and the baton by passing through the surface of the baton. The roof panel and the strut are connected by an auxiliary panel, and one end of the auxiliary panel is pressed and fixed by the baton. The other end of the auxiliary panel is hung and fixed by being individually fitted into grooves of a fixed width, which are formed along an end of a rim of each roof panel.
