The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a polymer nanowire composite with flexibility via relatively simple processes. To this end, the production method of the present invention comprises the following steps: an oxidized layer formation step for forming an oxidized layer on an upper end of a substrate after preparing the same; a gold layer formation step for forming a gold layer on the upper end of the oxidized layer; a heat treatment step for heat-treating the gold layer for patternization; a nanowire formation step for growing the nanowire, starting from the individual patternized gold; a polymer filling step for filling, with a polymer, a space excluding a portion where the nanowire is formed at the upper end of the substrate; a polymer etching step for making the nanowire to protrude from the polymer after etching the upper end of the polymer; and an oxidized layer etching step for obtaining the polymer nanowire composite after elimination of the oxidized layer. |
