{Abstract} To provide locking means of an indoor unit of an air conditioner, which locking means facilitates the adjustment and fitting of a front panel locked to the main body of the indoor unit, and to provide an indoor unit of an air conditioner, which indoor unit is provided with the locking means. Locking means (5) of an indoor unit of an air conditioner is configured to lock a main body of the indoor unit to a front panel (4) provided on the front surface of the main body, and is configured by including: an engaging section provided on the front surface of the main body; a receiving section (10) fixed to the front panel (4); and a claw section (9) held by the receiving section (10) and erected from the back surface side of the front panel (4) to engage the engaging section.
