PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocculation method using a plant-derived flocculant with a higher flocculation capacity.SOLUTION: In a flocculation method according to the present invention, a plant-derived flocculant with a colloid equivalent of -1.5 mEq/g to -0.20 mEq/g and a 2 weight % aqueous solution viscosity of at least 6.0×10Pa s or more and 2.7×10Pa s or less is added to a suspension, to flocculate and separate fine particles in the suspension.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
