The present invention relates to a multi-function ship, and more specifically to a ship provided with: surge-preventing plates on the sides and bottom of the hull; rotatable equilibrium spheroids attached on the lower sides of the hull; a separate recovery propulsive body attached on top of the stern along with recovery spheroids on the upper sides of the hull; and a rotation-driven stopping plate at the end of the stern. Accordingly, due to the surge-preventing plates and stopping plate, the movement of the ship due to waves and current is prevented, thus allowing a stable operation; the balance of the ship is maintained even against strong winds and attempts of sharp changes in direction, thus preventing the ship from listing or capsizing; if the ship unavoidably capsizes, the ship can self-recover by means of the recovery means, thus minimizing human and material damage; and in the case of a sudden occurrence of a situation ahead on the course, rapidly stopping is possible, thus having the effect of minimizing the loss of life and property. |
